OLG - Onelogix Group Limited - Changes to the board of directors ONELOGIX GROUP LIMITED (Registration number 1998/004519/06) Share code: OLG ISIN: ZAE000026399 ("OneLogix") CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 22 November 2010, Tsakani Matshazi has resigned as non-executive director of OneLogix and all OneLogix subsidiaries of which she was a director. Tsakani was appointed to the board of OneLogix and its subsidiaries as representative of the company`s empowerment partner and shareholder, Izingwe Holdings (Proprietary) Limited. Tsakani is leaving Izingwe to pursue new interests and accordingly has resigned her OneLogix group directorships. The board thanks Tsakani for her valuable contribution over the years and wishes her well in her future endeavours. Ashley Basil Ally has been appointed as non-executive director of OneLogix in Tsakani`s stead. Ashley is presently Chief Executive Officer of Izingwe Holdings (Proprietary) Limited and a board member of Abedare Cables, Powertech, Scaw Metals, and Peters Papers (amongst others). Debrah Ann Hirschowitz has been appointed as an alternate director to Ashley.
