Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 21 April 2010 and are       
advised that the special resolution, relating to the change of name of the      
company to Litha Healthcare Group Limited, passed at the annual general meeting 
of Myriad shareholders, has been registered by the Companies and Intellectual   
Property Office.                                                                
Accordingly, the salient dates relating to the change of name will be as set out
in the announcement released on SENS on 21 April 2010 and published in the press
on 22 April 2010.
