REPURCHASE OF SHARES - REVISED DATE
Introduction

It was announced on Wednesday, 11 April 2001 that OneLogix Group and its
subsidiary OneLogix (Pty) Limited intend to make specific offers to repurchase
OneLogix Group ordinary shares from OneLogix Group shareholders

("shareholders") on a pro rata basis, subject to the approval of shareholders
in terms of s85 to s89 of the Companies Act (61 of 1973), as amended, and the
Listing Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa ("JSE").
Change of Last Day to Register as a shareholder

The last day to register as a shareholder in order to participate in the
repurchase offers has changed from Thursday 26 April 2001 (the date published
in the announcement on Wednesday, 11 April 2001) to Friday, 25 May 2001.
All the other dates remain as previously announced.
