Holders of the BNP Index Securities due 02 January 2029 are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 
09 January 2024, in relation to the new listing of the ZA320 Notes.

BNP wishes to notify the holders of ZA320 Notes that the fixed rate coupon element was omitted from the applicable
pricing supplement dated, 8 January 2024. Accordingly, the JSE Limited has granted formal approval for the amendment 
and restatement of the ZA320 applicable pricing supplement.
