CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS AND DIVIDEND DECLARATION FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2025

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Gross profit R1.66 billion, increased by 0.9% (31 March 2024: R1.65 billion).

     EBITDA R557.1 million, decreased by 2.1% (31 March 2024: R569.1 million).

     Profit before taxation R440.6 million, decreased by 3.9% (31 March 2024: R458.5 million).

     Earnings per share 394.29 cents per share, decreased by 3.6% (31 March 2024: 409.06
     cents per share).

     Headline earnings per share 392.47 cents per share, decreased by 4.0% (31 March 2024:
     408.74 cents per share).

     Recurring headline earnings per share 393.65 cents per share, decreased by 3.7%
     (31 March 2024: 408.74 cents per share).

     Net cash from operating activities R553.6 million, decreased by 3.1% (31 March 2024:
     R571.4 million).

     Net interest bearing debt to equity improved to 48.4% (31 March 2024: 56.5%).

     Interim dividend 56.00 cents per share, increased by 3.7% (31 March 2024: 54.00 cents per
     share).

2.   DIVIDEND DECLARATION

     A gross interim dividend of 56.00 cents per share (2024: 54.00 cents per share) has been
     approved and declared by the board of directors of the Group, from income reserves, for the
     six months ended 31 March 2025. The interim dividend amount, net of South African
     dividends tax of 20%, is 44.80 cents per share for those shareholders not exempt from
     dividend tax or who are not entitled to a reduced rate in terms of the applicable double tax
     agreement.

     2025 and Friday, 6 June 2025, both days inclusive.

     The number of ordinary shares in issue at declaration date is 74 319 837 and the income
     tax number of KAL is 9312717177.
