CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT - AUDITORS

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 29 May 2023, wherein it referred
to Mr Rushdee Toorbuth as being appointed as the Company’s Auditor.

Shareholders are advised that Barnes Associates, Mauritius are the Company’s Auditors and
Mr Toorbuth is a Partner within that firm. Mr Toorbuth will be the Audit Partner in charge of the
audit for Go Life International. Mr Aleem Ramankhan will be the signing partner in charge of
the audit for Go Life International.

Go Life International has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary
listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
