LISTING OF THE REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY ESG PRESCIENT ETF IN THE EXCHANGE
TRADED FUND SECTOR ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE LIMITED (“JSE”)

1. INTRODUCTION

This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements
for information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of participatory interests in the
REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY ESG PRESCIENT ETF.
The information set out below has been extracted from the Prescient ETF Programme Memorandum
issued by the Manager on 28 May 2023 (“the Programme Memorandum”) and the REITWAY
GLOBAL PROPERTY ESG PRESCIENT ETF supplement issued on 28 May 2023 (“the Supplement”)
and relates to the listing of participatory interests in the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector on the JSE.

2. STRUCTURE

The RWESG ETF is managed by Prescient, an approved manager of Collective Investment Schemes
and as such is governed in terms of CISCA. The Manager has entered into an agreement with the
Asset Manager, Reitway Global (Pty) Ltd, in terms of which the Asset Manager will monitor changes
to the index constituents and execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the Manager.
Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its duties as
specified in CISCA and the Regulations thereto.

3.7. Index and Investment Policy:

The Reitway Global Property ESG Index (“the Index”) or, upon the Index being discontinued, any
substitute index chosen by the Manager for the purpose of delivering the Portfolio Objectives as
calculated by Global Property Research B.V in collaboration with Reitway Global (Pty) Ltd.
The investment policy of the portfolio shall be to track as closely as possible the Index with the
intention of allowing an investor to obtain market exposure to the constituent securities which are held
in the portfolio.
