NOTICE OF RELEASE OF ANNUAL RESULTS AND RESULTS PRESENTATION


Shareholders are advised that Spear intends to release its annual results for the year ended
28 February 2023 on Monday, 22 May 2023.

Spear will be hosting an in-person presentation at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Cape
Town (Upper Eastside) at 11:00 SAST on Monday, 22 May 2023 to present the annual results
to investors. The presentation will also be live streamed for investors who wish to attend
virtually.

Presentation details:

-     Venue for presentation: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Cape Town (Upper Eastside);
-     Address: 31 Brickfield Road, Salt River, Cape Town, 7935, South Africa;
-     In-person attendance at the above venue will have limited space available and in-person
      attendance confirmation must be e-mailed to: info@spearprop.co.za, by close of
      business on Monday, 15 May 2023;
-     The virtual live streaming will have view and listen mode;
