1. Noteholders are referred to the Additional terms and Conditions
   relating to the NTCG01 notes. Terms and expressions defined in
   the NTCG01 Applicable Pricing Supplement shall, unless otherwise
   defined in this announcement, have the same meanings.

2. In accordance with Clause 1.10, the Step Down Event has occurred,
   and all Key Performance Indicator Conditions have been satisfied
   within the timeframes prescribed.

3. Accordingly, the Step Down Margin is 10 basis points and the Step
   Down Date is 19 March 2023.

4. The Sustainability Certificate has been delivered to the
   Sustainability Agent and it is, together with the Step Down
   Notification signed by the Directors of the Guarantor, available
   on the website www.netcare.co.za/Netcare-investor-relations.
