As set out in the Results of General Meeting announcement, following the shareholders approving
the B share scheme and share consolidation on 12 May 2022, Quilter plc (the “Company”)
announces today it has purchased the following specified number of its ordinary shares of 7 pence
each from Goldman Sachs International as an “on Exchange” transaction subject to the rules of the
London Stock Exchange.
