TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 (the “Companies Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Zarclear has received notifications from:

-    SBSA ITF SUI GENERIS LPFP H4 QHF (“SUI GENERIS”), of an acquisition by SUI GENERIS of
     Zarclear shares such that SUI GENERIS’s total beneficial interest is now 16.90% of Zarclear’s total
     issued ordinary shares; and

-    Legae Peresec Proprietary Limited (“Legae Peresec”), of a disposal by Legae Peresec of Zarclear shares
     such that Legae Peresec’s total beneficial interest is now 0.27% of Zarclear’s total issued ordinary
     shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Zarclear has filed the required notices with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
