ISSUE OF IBL137 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL137 NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R250 000 000 (Two
Hundred and Fifty Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL137),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL137 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 21 January 2020
with effect from commencement of trade.
