AVAILABILITY OF THE PAYMENT GUARANTOR’S INTERIM RESULTS
Bondholders are advised that the interim results of Santam Limited (“Santam”) for the six month period ended
30 June 2019 (“the interim results”) are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
Santam is the payment guarantor of the underlying obligor’s payment obligations, as further detailed in each of
the Issuer’s applicable pricing supplements.
Santam’s interim results have also been made available on their website at http://www.santam.co.za/investor-
relations/integrated-report/financial-results-and-reports/.
Further to the above, the Issuer would like to advise bondholders that Santam’s interim results contain
restatements to the previously published audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2018 and the previously published interim results for the six month period ended 30 June 2018 for
various reasons, as disclosed in the full interim results report available on Santam’s website.
