RESIGNATION OF GROUP HEAD: Treasury, Financial Strategy and Planning

Noteholders are advised of Ms Khomotso Letsatsi’s imminent departure from
the City of Johannesburg as its Group Head: Treasury, Financial Strategy
and Planning, to explore new ventures outside the City of Johannesburg. Ms
Letsatsi has diligently served the City of Johannesburg since 2007.
The issuer’s recruitment process is currently underway and will be
announced in due course.
The Issuer would like to thank Ms Letsatsi for her contribution along the
years and wishes her well in all her future endeavours.
