released by Pioneer Food Group Limited (“Pioneer Foods”) on 7
March 2017.

Pioneer Foods constitutes more than 50% of Zeder’s sum of the
parts as at 7 March 2017.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is
made.
