CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Imbalie Beauty is
pleased to advise shareholders that:

-   Mr. Jarryd Prince has been appointed as financial director of the Company with effect
    from 27 March 2017; and
-   Mr. Wessel van der Merwe’s role will change with effect from 27 March 2017 from
    finance and corporate strategy director to a non-executive director.

Jarryd, who comes from a corporate finance background at the Industrial Development
Corporation is a dynamic and vibrant Chartered Accountant, prides himself on hard work,
dedication, collaboration and team work.

Imbalie Beauty wishes Jarryd a very successful tenure at Imbalie Beauty.
