DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN TERMS OF SECTION
122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No.
71 of 2008, as amended (the “Act”), and paragraph 3.83(b) of
the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby   advised  that   the   Company  has   received  formal
notification in the prescribed form of the following movement
in the securities of the Company:

-   Investec Limited has acquired Stellar Capital shares
    resulting in an increase of its interest in the securities
    of the Company to 14.7734% (of which 10.6264% is held by
    Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Limited, a wholly
    owned subsidiary of Investec Limited) of the total
    ordinary issued securities.


As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the
Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
