OFFER AND LISTING OF NOVUS


Reference is made to the Company’s announcement (“Announcement”) published on SENS on Monday, 16 March
2015, detailing an urgent application lodged by Caxton and CTP Publishers and Printers Limited to the Competition
Tribunal (“Application”) that Media24 Proprietary Limited (“Media24”), Novus, Adbait Proprietary Limited and
Lambert Retief "notify the acquisition of sole control by Media24 over Novus as well as an order prohibiting the
implementation of the restated management agreement arising as a result of the Novus listing until such time as the
change of control so brought about by the listing as a result of the implementation of the restated management
agreement has been approved by the Tribunal”.

This matter was heard by the Competition Tribunal on Friday, 20 March 2015. On Monday, 23 March 2015, the
Competition Tribunal dismissed the Application. As such, the Novus listing will go ahead as scheduled. For ease of
reference, the salient dates and times of the offer and listing as disclosed in the Announcement remain as set out
below:
