FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT IN TERMS OF
SECTION 114 OF THE COMPANIES ACT NO 71 of 2008 BETWEEN RGT AND
RGT SHAREHOLDERS

RGT shareholders are referred to the announcement released on
SENS on Monday, 24 June 2013 and are hereby advised that all
outstanding conditions precedent in relation to the Scheme
have been fulfilled.

As detailed in the circular sent to RGT shareholders on
Thursday, 23 May 2013, the salient dates and times relating to
the scheme remain the same and are as follows:
