MANDATE END OF MAS' GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Shareholders are advised that Bogdan Oslobeanu's has resigned as MAS' Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Executive Director with effect from 27
October 2025.

The Board appreciates Bogdan's contribution to MAS since his appointment and wishes him the best in his future endeavours. The process to identify
and appoint a suitable replacement has commenced, and a further update will be provided once the process is complete.
