Transsec 4 (RF) Limited interest rate reset, interest payment, and interest deferral
announcement: TRA4A3, TRA4A4, TRA4A7, TRA4A8, TRA4B1 and TRA4B2

Based on the calculation of the priority of payments as at the determination date of 30 June 2024, an
interest deferral event in respect of the Class B notes (TRA4B1 & TRA4B2) is ongoing.


Interest rates and payments for the period 15 July 2024 for each of the notes are listed below:

                    period 15 April 2024 to 14 July 2024.

                    15 April 2024 to 14 July 2024.
                    12.028% p.a. being R 3,402,161.36 (367 bps over 3-month Jibar of 8.358%) for the
   TRA4B1           period 15 April 2024 to 14 July 2024, which interest payment is deferred in terms of the
                    relevant interest deferral event.
                    10.658% p.a. being R 500,066.68 (230 bps over 3-month Jibar of 8.358%) for the period
   TRA4A7           15 April 2024 to 14 July 2024.
                    10.658% p.a. being R 382,767.06 (230 bps over 3-month Jibar of 8.358%) for the period

                    period 15 April 2024 to 14 July 2024, which interest payment is deferred in terms of the
