notifies Holders of the automatic Exercise on 23 February 2024 (see the related securities above).

On 23 February 2024 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 23 February 2024. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined
as follows:
