1. Final Redemption Amount

Noteholders of the abovementioned note issued on 22 August 2018
("Noteholders") who elected to redeem their holdings, are entitled to receive
on Payment Date an amount in the Settlement Currency, as calculated by the
Calculation Agent, according to the terms and conditions outlined in the
Terms.

The Final Reference Portfolio Value (“RPV”) as at 22 August 2023 (end of day
close) is ZAR 163.17 (ZAc 16317) per note. This is equivalent to the Final
Redemption Amount per note.
