These interim results were reviewed following the qualified opinion contained in the results for the
year ended 31 August 2020 for the discontinuing operations of Force Fuel, which audit had not been
concluded by the auditor of Force Fuel at that time. These results were reviewed by Nexia SAB&T and
their unmodified review conclusion is available at the Company’s registered office by prior
appointment.
