RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CHANGES TO BOARD ROLES
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Boas Seruwe, has resigned
as non-executive chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board and Management would like to thank Boas for his valuable contribution to the
Company over the years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board has appointed, Vuyo Ngonyama the existing lead independent director as
chairman of the board and Patrick Mngconkola and exitsing independent non-executive
director, as lead independent director.
