Amended and Restated Programme Memorandum in respect of The ZAR4 000 000 000 Asset
Backed Note Programme established by the Issuer

A ZAR4,000,000,000 asset backed note programme (the "Programme"), was established by Amber
House Fund 7 (RF) Limited pursuant to the issue by the Issuer of a programme memorandum dated
on or about 10 March 2020 (the "Initial Programme Memorandum"). The Initial Programme
Memorandum was approved by the JSE and registered on the JSE Interest Rate Market on or about
23 March 2020.

The Issuer has issued an amended and restated Programme Memorandum (the “Amended
Programme Memorandum”) in respect of the Programme, which was approved by the JSE on 5
October 2020.
