RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND ADVICE OF APPLICATION TO PLACE PSV
INDUSTRIAL PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“PSVI”) INTO BUSINESS RESCUE


Shareholders are referred to the Cautionary Announcement released on SENS on 26 February
2020 and subsequent Renewal of Cautionary Announcements with the last renewal being
released on 27 May 2020.

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Business Rescue Practitioners have extended
the date for presentation of the Business Rescue plan to 13 July 2020, with the approval of
more than 50% of the PSV creditors.

In addition, DNG Energy Proprietary Limited, a material shareholder in PSV, and another party
have launched an application out of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Local Division,
Johannesburg, to place PSVI and African Cryogenics Proprietary Limited under business
rescue, in the interest of all stakeholders. The case number of the application is 15190/2020.

Any shareholder of PSV who requires a copy of the application and/or who wishes to

The Board, together with the Business Rescue Practitioners, will continue to keep shareholders
abreast of the business rescue process as and when required in terms of the Companies Act
2008 and the Listings Requirements. Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company’s securities.
