Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares
of 7 pence each from J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa Proprietary Limited.
Date of purchase: 8 May 2020
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 600,820
Price paid per Company share purchase: 2837.73 cents
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares
Since 11 March 2020, the Company has purchased 14,829,145 shares at a cost (including dealing and
associated costs) of ZAR 352,159,038.751
Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury
and will have 1,872,303,348 ordinary shares in issue.
