Noteholders are advised that Société Générale (Johannesburg Branch) has been replaced by ABSA
Bank Limited as the paying agent, transfer agent, custodian and settlement agent for the South African
Notes.

A further SENS announcement will be published once the updated JSE Placement Document is
available on the Issuer’s website.
