AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE PAYMENT GUARANTOR
Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of the Payment
Guarantor, Santam Limited (“the Payment Guarantor”), for the year ended 31 December 2018 is available for
inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The financial statements of the Issuer have also been made available on the website of the Payment Guarantor
at https://www.santam.co.za/investor-relations/integrated-report/financial-results-and-reports/.
Bondholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Payment Guarantor is
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise bondholders that the Payment Guarantor financials contains
restatements to the previously published audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2017, which related to the current/non-current split of amounts recognised on the statement of
financial position, the impact of IFRS 9 on the statement of cash flows and the recognition of the underlying
financial assets of the repurchase liability. Further detail on these restatements are contained in the summary
financial statements
