Further Cautionary Announcement and Update on Voluntary Suspension
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s announcements regarding
the voluntary suspension of its securities on the Australian Stock
Exchange and the JSE Limited (“JSE”), released on the Stock Exchange
News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE on 19 and 20 March 2015 respectively
and the further cautionary announcement and update on the Company’s
voluntary suspension released on SENS on 28 April 2015 (“the Cautionary
Announcement”).
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s securities remain under
voluntary suspension. A further announcement will be released should
there be any change to the status of the Company’s securities.
Shareholders are advised that the Cautionary Announcement is herewith
renewed and a further announcement in this regard will be released in
due course.
