STANLIB Exchange Traded Fund (“ETF”) to holders of the above
securities for the quarter ending 31 December 2013.

Last day to trade "cum" distribution Wednesday, 18 December 2013
Securities trade "ex" distribution   Thursday, 19 December 2013

Record date                         Friday, 27 December 2013


No dematerialisation or rematerialisation may take place between
Thursday, 19 December 2013 and Friday, 27 December 2013, both
days inclusive.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed, if any, and the
payment date will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days
after the record date.
