NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 30 June 2012, was
dispatched to shareholders on 31 December 2012 and contains no modifications to the reviewed
condensed consolidated results for the year ended 30 June 2012 published on SENS on
8 October 2012.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of The Don will be held at
57 Kyalami Boulevard, Kyalami, 1684, at 10:00 on Friday, 15 February 2013 to transact the
business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the annual
report.

The board of directors of the Company determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read
with section 59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the record date for the purposes of
determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 8 February 2013. Accordingly, the last day to trade The Don
shares in order to be recorded in the Register to be entitled to vote will be Friday, 1 February
2013.
