TKGIDF - Investec Warrants - Declared Special Dividend Announcement On Telkom SA Limited Enhanced Dividend Securities INVESTEC WARRANTS JSE SHARE CODE: TKGIDF JSE ISIN CODE: ZAE000130282 DECLARED SPECIAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON TELKOM SA LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("TKGIDF") With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Telkom SA Limited have declared an special dividend of 1900 cents per installment share payable on Monday, 1 June 2009, to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 29 May 2009. Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, TKGIDF, will receive a Telkom SA Limited special dividend of 1900 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 1 June 2009, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the ordinary dividend) in order to participate in the special dividend will be Friday, 22 May 2009.
