APPOINTMENT OF ACTING GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2
December 2025, wherein the shareholders were advised of the
resignation of Ms Donna Dickson as Mpact's Group Company Secretary
with effect from 31 January 2026.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to
announce that CorpStat Governance Services (Proprietary) Limited has
been appointed as acting Group Company Secretary, with effect from 1
February 2026. Shareholders will be advised once a permanent
appointment is made.
