BALLOT RESULTS AND AMALGAMATION DATE CHANGE IN RESPECT OF SATRIX EQUITY MOMENTUM
ETF AMALGAMATION WITH SATRIX MOMENTUM PORTFOLIO
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of Friday, 10 November 2023, regarding the
ballot voting procedure in respect of the amalgamation of the Satrix Equity Momentum ETF ("source
fund") with the Satrix Momentum Portfolio ("target fund").
The ballot closed on Friday, 22 December 2023, and the majority of shareholders voted in favour of
the amalgamation in terms of section 99 of the CISCA.
The effective date of the amalgamation, 26 January 2024 as mentioned in the SENS announcement
dated 10 November 2023, will change and the amalgamation will be implemented on 09 February
2024.
The salient dates for the final special distribution and amalgamation will be published via SENS on 25
January 2024.
