NOTIFICATION OF AN UPDATE TO PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM
The Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Ltd has received approval from the JSE in terms
of its amended ZAR40,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (“the Programme”) dated 13
May 2015. A summary of the changes effected in the Amended and Restated Programme Memorandum
include:
- Updating the Terms and Conditions with the most recent JSE Debt Listings Requirements (“JSE
DLRs”);
- Update to the information pertaining to the general description of the issuer and programme;
- Updating to the risk factors associated with an investment in the Notes, including, but not limited
to, risk factors specific to the Issuer;
- Update of the General Summary of the programme (Auditors, debt sponsor, issuer agent and
settling bank, and calculation agent);
- Update to the Documents incorporated by reference;
- Appointment of new dealers in accordance with the provisions of the Programme Agreement;
- Appointment of issuer agent and settling bank and debt sponsor in accordance with the provisions
of Agency Agreement
The updated Programme is available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and will be
