NOTIFICATION OF AN UPDATE TO THE ISSUER’S KING IV REPORT AND DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT

Pursuant to paragraph 4.21 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”),
noteholders are hereby advised that the King IV Report and Disclosure Document for the year ended
31 March 2021 (“updated King IV Report”), incorporated by reference in the annual financial
statements of the Issuer, has been updated.

The updated King IV Report is available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and will
be made available for inspection on the Issuer’s website, https://www.toyota.co.za/financial-
services/corporate-affairs.
