It is with deep sadness that the board of directors announces the sudden passing of Mr Charles Matambo,
KOBWA’s Financial Director and Debt Officer, on 20 June 2021.

Charles’ invaluable insights and experience will be sorely missed. The board of directors and staff of the
Company extend our deepest sympathies to Charles’ family, friends and colleagues.

Noteholders will be notified of further changes in due course.
