 Shareholders are advised that dividend number 8 of US$ 6.07000 cents per share for the six months ended 31
 December 2017 has been approved and declared by the Board of the Company on 7 February 2018. The source of the
 cash dividend is from rental income and cum-dividend reserve.

In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements regarding Dividends Tax, the following information is only of direct application
to shareholders on the South African share register, as the dividend is regarded as a foreign dividend for shareholders
on the South African register:

-       the final dividend is subject to South African Dividends Tax;
-       the local dividend tax rate is 20%;
-       there is no withholding tax payable in Mauritius;
-       the number of ordinary shares in issue is 208,514,261and
-       the Mauritian income tax reference number of the Company is 27331528.
