INTERST RATE RESETS

Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 17 December 2015 is 6.6% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 17 March 2016 (*Modified following/ **Following),
for the period 17 December 2015 to 16 March 2016, will be calculated based on the following rates:

*ABFN06                 7.85% p.a. (125bps over JIBAR)
*ABFN07                 8.05% p.a. (145bps over JIBAR)
*ABFN08                 8.35% p.a. (175bps over JIBAR)
*ABFN09                 8.55% p.a. (195bps over JIBAR)
**ABN72                 8.05% p.a. (145bps over JIBAR)

* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day. However, if the first business day after the weekend or public
holiday falls in a new calendar month the last business day before the weekend / public holiday will be
used instead.

** When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day.
