FINAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE STX40 SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the distribution amount payable for SATRIX 40 and that as a result of the
distribution declaration relating to SATRIX 40 (STX40), the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a distribution amount of 21.21 cents per STXNIK share instalment that is payable on
Friday, 23 January 2015. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.

The distribution amount is constituted by:

  - 20.78851 cents in respect of dividends;

  - 0.18782 cents in respect of interest; and

  - 0.23367 cents in respect of scrip lending income.

The gross dividend of 20.78851 cents per share instalment is made up of a gross local dividend of
13.2191 cents per share instalment and a gross foreign dividend of 7.56941 cents per share
instalment.

The gross local dividend of 13.2191 cents per share instalment is subject to the local dividend tax of
15 per cent, resulting in a net local dividend of 11.36847 cents per share instalment. There were STC
credits of 0.88157 utilised.

The gross foreign dividend of 7.56941 cents per share instalment consists of 3.73792 cents per share
instalment that is due to foreign-dual listed shares and 3.83149 cents per share instalment that is
not taxable as foreign dividend withholding tax of 2.43832 cents has already been deducted. The
3.73792 cents per share instalment due to foreign-dual listed shares is subject to the dividend
withholding tax of 15 per cent, resulting in a net foreign dividend of 3.17723 cents per share
instalment. There were no STC credits utilised.

The last day to trade cum distribution was Wednesday, 17 December 2014. The Share Instalment
commenced trading ex distribution from Thursday, 18 December 2014. The record date was
Wednesday, 24 December 2014.
