CHANGE STATEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 31 July 2012, was dispatched to
shareholders today and contains no modifications to the reviewed provisional results published on SENS on
25 October 2012, save for the following change to headline earnings:

The change in headline earnings is due to the reduction of the loss on disposal of property, plant and
equipment for the taxation effect thereon


NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of SecureData will be held in the
boardroom of the Company, Nicol Main office park, 4 Bruton Road, Bryanston, at 12:00 on Wednesday,
20 March 2013 for the purpose of considering, and, if deemed fit, passing, with or without modification, the
ordinary and special resolutions set out hereafter.

The board of directors of the Company determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with section 59
of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the record date for the purposes of determining which
shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
15 March 2013. Accordingly, the last day to trade SecureData shares in order to be recorded in the register
to be entitled to vote will be Friday, 8 March 2013.
