FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the cautionary announcement dated 27 November 2013 pertaining to the introduction of additional 
broad-based black economic empowerment shareholding into the broader Buildmax businesses, shareholders are 
advised that negotiations are still in progress which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect 
on the price of the Companys securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution 
when dealing in the Companys securities until a full announcement is made.
