RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Mrs Elise Waldeck has resigned as company
secretary of Blue with effect from 30 September 2012.

The Company would like to thank Mrs. Waldeck for her
valuable contribution during her tenure with Blue and
wishes her well in her future endeavors.

Shareholders are further advised that Blue’s group chief
legal adviser, Mrs Carla Stein, has been appointed as the
company secretary with effect from 1 October 2012. Mrs
Stein will retain the position of company secretary until
further notice.   A further announcement will be made in
this regard.

Carla Stein has many years experience in both corporate
commercial (mergers and acquisitions), secretarial and
litigation areas of legal expertise. She was previously a
director of Eversheds for the period August 2008 to the end
of August 2012.
