Shareholders are advised that the Company is considering a potential transaction
which, in respect of the Company, may involve a significant equity markets      
capital raising, the securing of an anchor shareholder, the acquisition of      
investment assets and an internal reorganization in support of these steps ("the
Transaction").                                                                  
The potential Transaction remains highly conditional and will require, inter    
alia, regulatory and shareholder approvals.                                     
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the    
Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
