Framework and the Executive Summary of the Competent Person's
Report, as well as the full Competent Person's Report, for the
year ended 28 February 2026 has been published and is available on
the Company's website at

and contains no changes to the audited Annual Financial Statements
for the year ended 28 February 2026 published on 17 June 2026.
