Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its ASN322, ASN403, ASN426 and
ASN923 notes (the “Notes”), following client requests to partially unwind the respective Notes. Following the repurchase
of the unwind units, ASN322, ASN403, ASN426 and ASN923 Notes will be partially redeemed with effect from Monday,
