SALIENT FEATURES
Revenue increased by 22% to R3 450 million, from R2 828 million in the six months ended 31 March 2022 ("Prior Corresponding Period").
Operating profit (before items of a capital nature)* decreased by 57% to R15 million, from R34 million in the Prior Corresponding Period.
Headline earnings per share decreased by 82% to 2.9 cents, from 15.8 cents in the Prior Corresponding Period.
Earnings per share decreased by 82% to 2.9 cents, from 16.5 cents in the Prior Corresponding Period.
No interim dividend has been declared for the six months ended 31 March 2023 (31 March 2022: 8 cents).
* Income or expenditure of a capital nature in the statement of comprehensive income, i.e. all profit or loss items that are excluded in the calculation of
headline earnings per share. The principal items excluded under this measurement are profits or losses on disposal of property, plant and equipment and the
impairment of goodwill.
