POSTPONEMENT OF TELKOM’S GENERAL MEETING – 09 DECEMBER 2022

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 08 November 2022, regarding
notice of a general meeting of shareholders (“General Meeting”) to deal with the special resolutions that were not
passed at the Annual General Meeting of Telkom held on 24 August 2022.

Telkom has resolved to postpone the General Meeting and a revised notice of General Meeting ("Revised Notice")
will be distributed to shareholders in due course. The General Meeting has been postponed pending completion
of stakeholder engagement.

A further announcement will be published on SENS informing shareholders of the salient dates and details of the
General Meeting, and the distribution of the Revised Notice.
